These terms apply when you sign up for a PageSupply website plan. By paying for a plan or accepting a proposal from us, you agree to them. Please read them together with our Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.
1. Who we are
PageSupply is run by Nikola Stanic, an individual based in Belgrade, Serbia ("PageSupply", "we", "us"). "You" means the business or person who signs up for a plan.
2. What the plan includes
A plan covers the design, build, launch and hosting of your website, and the changes you ask for while the plan is active: new text, images and prices, new sections, a landing page before a campaign and similar updates. We make changes within a reasonable time.
A plan does not include a second website, an online store, a booking system or other work that amounts to a new project. If a request falls outside the plan, we will tell you and can quote it separately.
Prices are the ones shown on our website or in your proposal at the time you sign up.
3. The 12-month commitment
Every new plan runs for a minimum of twelve months from your first payment (the "Initial Term"). The monthly price is possible only because the cost of designing and building your website is spread across those twelve months, so the Initial Term cannot be cancelled.
4. Payments
You pay monthly in advance, starting on the day you sign up, using the payment method we agree with you. Prices are in US dollars. Any fees your bank or payment provider charges on your side, including currency conversion, are yours to cover.
If a payment fails or is late, we may suspend your website and our services immediately, until the amount is paid.
5. Ending the plan early
If you cancel, stop or reverse a payment, or stop paying before the Initial Term ends, the remaining balance for the full twelve months becomes due at once as an early termination fee. Payments already made are not refunded. The Refund Policy explains this in more detail.
6. After the first twelve months
Around month ten, we ask which of these you want once the Initial Term ends:
- keep the full plan on the same terms, with changes still included
- move to hosting only at $20 per month: the website stays live, but changes are no longer included
- take the website and host it yourself, at no cost
If we have not heard from you by the end of the Initial Term, your plan moves to hosting only at $20 per month, so your website stays online and you are never renewed at the full price without asking for it. After the Initial Term, both the full plan and hosting only run month to month, and you can cancel either at any time.
7. Add-ons
Add-ons such as SEO, brand identity, content writing or CRM integration are billed monthly on top of your plan, starting from the month you add them. They are never backdated. You can stop an add-on from the next billing month.
8. What we need from you
To launch in about ten days, we need your content (text, images, logo and brand files), access to your domain and feedback without long delays. Any time spent waiting for content or feedback moves the launch date by the same amount. If something is missing, we may start with placeholders.
You confirm that you have the right to use everything you send us and that it does not break the law or anyone else's rights. Your domain name stays in your name, and its renewal fees are yours unless we agree otherwise.
9. Who owns the website
Your own materials, such as text, images, logos and other brand assets, stay yours at all times. You allow us to use them to build and run your website.
During the Initial Term, the design, code and structure of the website belong to PageSupply. Once the twelve months are paid in full, including any early termination fee, ownership of the finished website passes to you with no transfer fee. Tools and components we reuse across projects stay ours, but you may keep using them as part of your website.
If the plan ends early and the remaining balance is not paid, the website is not transferred to you and we may take it offline.
If you leave us after the Initial Term, we give you an export of the website. Moving it to a new host is your responsibility.
We may show your website in our portfolio and on social media. If you would rather we didn't, tell us and we will remove it.
10. Results and third-party services
We build every website with care, but we do not guarantee specific results such as traffic, search rankings, leads or sales.
Your website relies on services run by other companies, such as hosting, domain and payment providers. We are not responsible for their outages or changes, but we will work to get your website back to normal as quickly as we can.
11. Liability
As far as the law allows, our total liability for any claim connected with our services is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost data or business interruption. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
12. Consumers
Our plans are designed for businesses. If you sign up as a consumer, the consumer protection law of your country applies as well, and nothing in these terms takes away the rights it gives you. By signing up, you ask us to start work straight away. If you are in the EU, the UK or Serbia and withdraw within the 14-day withdrawal period, you pay for the work done up to that point. Once the service has been fully performed, the right of withdrawal no longer applies.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version. If we make a significant change, we will tell active clients before it takes effect.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Serbia. Any dispute will be decided by the competent court in Belgrade, unless consumer protection law gives you the right to go to court where you live.

FREQUENTLY Asked Questions
PageSupply is a web design studio from Belgrade, Serbia. We build custom websites for small businesses and founders, paid monthly instead of with a big invoice up front.
A PageSupply website costs $69 a month for a single page or $89 a month for a multi-page site, on a 12-month plan. There is no setup fee and no invoice for the build; add-ons are the only extra cost.
Every PageSupply plan covers design, build, launch, hosting, maintenance and the changes you ask for after launch. A new project, like an online store, a booking system or a second website, is priced separately.
Once we have your content, a PageSupply website usually goes live in about 10 days. A multi-page site takes a little longer, and so do slow feedback rounds.
Your logo and brand files, the text for your pages, photos and access to your domain. If you don't have the text yet, the content writing add-on covers it.
Yes. Changes are included for as long as you're on the plan: new prices, photos, sections or a landing page for a campaign. Only a new project, like a store or a second site, costs extra.
You choose: keep the plan as it is, switch to hosting only for $20 a month, or take your site elsewhere at no cost. Nothing renews at the full price unless you ask for it.
