Every PageSupply website is designed and built for one client, and the work starts as soon as you sign up. For that reason, payments to PageSupply are final and non-refundable, except where the law requires otherwise. This policy explains what that means in practice. It is part of our Terms & Conditions, and by paying for a plan you agree to it.
1. Why we do not offer refunds
Planning, design, development and technical setup begin straight after you sign up, and a website built for your business cannot be reused for anyone else. Time spent on your project cannot be given back, so neither can the payments that cover it.
Work counts as started once any of these has begun: the kickoff call, planning, research, design, development or technical setup.
2. What is non-refundable
- monthly plan payments
- add-on payments
- hosting payments
- early termination fees
We also do not give refunds because of:
- a change of mind
- closing or pausing your business
- financial difficulty
- delays caused by missing content or late feedback
- personal taste or expectations, including about a design you approved
- not using the finished website
- business results that fell short of what you hoped for
3. Cancelling during the first twelve months
The first twelve months of every plan are a fixed commitment. If you cancel, stop or reverse a payment, or stop paying during that period:
- the remaining balance for the twelve months becomes due at once as an early termination fee
- payments already made are not refunded
If that balance is not paid, we may suspend the website and our services, take the website offline, end hosting, and recover the amount through a collection agency or legal action.
4. After the first twelve months
After the first twelve months, both the full plan and hosting only run month to month. You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and your website stays live until then. We do not give partial refunds for unused days.
Before hosting ends, we give you an export of your website. After hosting ends we cannot guarantee that we keep a copy, so make sure you have everything you need.
5. Add-ons
Add-ons are paid monthly. Months already billed are not refunded. If you stop an add-on, it runs until the end of the month you have paid for.
6. Payment disputes and chargebacks
If you think a charge is wrong, email us first at hi@nikolaflow.com and we will look into it quickly. Please do not open a chargeback or payment dispute before talking to us.
If a chargeback is opened for services we have delivered, we may send the payment provider evidence of the work and of your agreement to our terms, suspend our services, and recover the disputed amount together with the fees it caused, where the law allows.
7. No guaranteed results
We do not promise specific revenue, leads, search rankings or conversion rates, so results below your expectations are not grounds for a refund.
8. Consumers in the EU, UK and Serbia
Our plans are designed for businesses. If you sign up as a consumer, you ask us to start work straight away. If you withdraw within the 14-day withdrawal period, you pay only for the work done up to that point and we refund the rest of that payment. Once the service has been fully performed, the right of withdrawal no longer applies.
9. Your rights under the law
Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under law that cannot be excluded by agreement. If the law requires a refund in your situation, we will give it.

FREQUENTLY Asked Questions
PageSupply is a web design studio from Belgrade, Serbia. We build custom websites for small businesses and founders, paid monthly instead of with a big invoice up front.
A PageSupply website costs $69 a month for a single page or $89 a month for a multi-page site, on a 12-month plan. There is no setup fee and no invoice for the build; add-ons are the only extra cost.
Every PageSupply plan covers design, build, launch, hosting, maintenance and the changes you ask for after launch. A new project, like an online store, a booking system or a second website, is priced separately.
Once we have your content, a PageSupply website usually goes live in about 10 days. A multi-page site takes a little longer, and so do slow feedback rounds.
Your logo and brand files, the text for your pages, photos and access to your domain. If you don't have the text yet, the content writing add-on covers it.
Yes. Changes are included for as long as you're on the plan: new prices, photos, sections or a landing page for a campaign. Only a new project, like a store or a second site, costs extra.
You choose: keep the plan as it is, switch to hosting only for $20 a month, or take your site elsewhere at no cost. Nothing renews at the full price unless you ask for it.
Yes. Your content is yours from day one, and the design and code become fully yours once the 12 months are paid.
